Distance intelligence in organizational relations: A study of its analysis of the opinions of a sample of teachers in the College of Administration and Economics, Tikrit University

Abstract
The current research aims to measure the availability of distance intelligence dimensions in organizational relations with its three dimensions (active listening, verbal and non-verbal fluency, understanding of social roles and rules). Distribution of (143) questionnaires, from which (107) questionnaires were retrieved valid for analysis, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that distance intelligence in its three dimensions (active listening, verbal and non-verbal fluency, understanding of social roles and rules), is available in the College of Administration and Economics / University of Tikrit search location.
