Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the level of availability of behavior-oriented leadership capabilities in the North Refineries Company / Baiji, as the leadership in the organizations and with its behaviorally-oriented capabilities can create a positive work environment that stimulates the difference in the ideas presented and contributes to achieving the various desired goals through the optimal use of its capabilities. behavioral side, Especially since many organizations today neglect the behavioral aspect of the capabilities possessed by their leaders and focus on the extent of the presence of these capabilities only, as the study population was represented by (281) individuals from the leaders in the company, (221) questionnaires were distributed to them, and (209) questionnaires retrieved were of which (201) were valid for analysis, The research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which was the availability of behavior-oriented leadership capabilities in the North Refineries Company / Baiji. By holding educational courses for leaders to introduce them to how to test, and choose the best to achieve success.
