The Role of Wisdom Management in Reducing Job Burnout: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Administrative Employees in the Presidency of the University of Mosul

Abstract
The aim of the research to explain the role of wisdom management with its dimensions adopted in the research (cognitive dimension - contemplative dimension - emotional dimension) and its role in reducing job burnout with its dimensions adopted in the research (emotional stress - weak human relations - lack of sense of accomplishment). To achieve the goal of the research, employees were selected Administrators at the Presidency of the University of Mosul were used as a sample for the research, which amounted to (122) employees. An electronic questionnaire form prepared according to the Google Forms program was also relied upon to collect research data from the targeted sample. The data was analyzed based on the statistical program (SPSS V.22) to show the results. Researching through correlations and influence between the two variables, the results of the study showed that most respondents agreed on the availability of wisdom management and job burnout in the organization investigated.
