Abstract

The research aims to show the role of visionary leadership in reducing job deviation an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul. The study community included the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul, which number (190). Where the questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of (181) (146) valid and used statistical methods, including the analytical descriptive approach in the analysis of data and the extraction of results using the statistical program SPSS. The research reached the most important conclusions that there is a correlation and impact of significance significant statistic between the visionary leadership variable and the dependent variable Reduction of functional deviation.
