Abstract
The aims of research to notice of effect knowledge possession and relationship with improvement and success of industrial project management. It have good the subject of knowledge possession of great importance from many of researchers in view of it from a great importance in success projects management of business companies which refresh to under knowledge economies and competes environment that unstable, therefore hypotheses embodiment by deepened on basic variables for research, that tested by statistics styles and to achieve the aims of research to followed the analytical descriptive curriculum. The research field is the general company for hydrological industries. All of research in hydrological industry that followed for company. The arrival to necessary data to get recourse by questionnaire which distributed on (80) employee that represent of research sample and by applied the statistics styles to come to number from results, which proved exist connection and effect relationship that connotation between knowledge possession and success of project management. The results supreme which to come to it the research is the company passion on clear strategy plan that focus on knowledge possession styles and for benefit from it in development processes and improvement of projects management. From the recommendations important is on company management to making the knowledge possession to entry for development, improvement and success of projects management.
