The Effect Of Strategic Agility on The Organizational Innovation An applied study on telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad Governorate

Abstract
The research seeks to identify the extent of interest in strategic agility in telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad governorate, to identify the strength of organizational innovation in these companies, and to determine the extent of the impact of strategic agility on organizational innovation in telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad Governorate. A descriptive approach and a questionnaire were used to collect the research data. The current research community included workers in telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad governorate, and a sample was chosen for the research, which amounts to (315) workers.
The research found that there is a high interest in strategic agility in telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad governorate. The research also found that there is a high degree of interest in organizational innovation in telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad governorate. The research found that there is a correlation between the variable (strategic agility) and organizational innovation, and that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of strategic agility (strategic sensitivity - core capabilities - response speed) on the organizational innovation of telecom companies Zain and Asiacell in Baghdad Governorate. There is no statistically significant impact of shared responsibility on organizational innovation. The research recommended the importance of working to support speed of response to achieve the goal of strategic agility in companies, by making adjustments to the services provided to adapt to the needs of the market and the requirements of customers.
