The role of strategic agility in crises management: An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of managers working in health organizations in Salah al-Din Governorate

Abstract
The continuation of organizations in performing their activities depends on their ability to quickly confront the surrounding crises and adapt to the changes that occur in the external environment, where the health sector suffers in Iraq in general and in Salah al-Din Governorate in particular. From many health crises, as soon as the crisis ends, another crisis comes, and the slowness in addressing health crises turns them into a disaster that may topple organizations, which necessitates organizations to search for means that speed up confronting those crises, among which was strategic agility, so the main goal was From the study is to know the role that strategic agility plays in crisis management through its three phases (the pre-crisis management phase, the crisis management phase, and the post-crisis management phase) in the health organizations that were examined. For the purpose of achieving the goal of the study and answering its questions, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study community was represented by all the directors working in health institutions in Salah al-Din Governorate, whose number is (318). (115) questionnaires were retrieved showing the best for analysis (115) questionnaires by (96%), and their opinions were surveyed through the use of the five-point Likert scale. In crisis management and all its stages, and based on the results of the study, a set of recommendations were formulated, the most important of which is to increase the interest of the health institutions covered by the survey in Salah al-Din Governorate. In the two variables (strategic fitness and health crisis management) in order to reduce health crises.
