The impact of strategic partnershi ps in enhancing the dimensions of Organizational Ambidexterity: an exploratory study for a number of colleges of the University of Mosul

Abstract
The research aims to identify the impact of strategic partnerships in enhancing Organizational ambidexterity., and to demonstrate the possibility of Mosul University to achieve knowledge exploration and knowledge exploitation as they are two dimensions of Organizational ambidexterity., and in light of the University of Mosul’s endeavor to enter into strategic partnerships that enable it to acquire new knowledge or refine existing knowledge and then reach the ingenious approach The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and then distributed the questionnaire to a sample of the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul, which represents the study community, which numbered (174) individuals. The mechanism of the researchers is the presence of a direct and at the total level of strategic partnerships impact on Organizational ambidexterity., and the presence of a positive impact of strategic partnerships on organizational exploitation, and the presence of a positive impact of strategic partnerships in promoting knowledge exploration, and the research presents a number of recommendations, the most important of which is directing the attention of the leaders of the University of Mosul towards the importance of the issue of strategic partnerships And the necessity for the leaders of the University of Mosul to focus on activating the concept of ingenuity organizational structure in the university and its great benefits by entering into long-term cooperative and participatory relationships.
