Abstract

The research aims is to evaluate the activity of motivating human resources according to the standards of service quality for the Division of Human Resources Management in the Directorate of Ramadi Municipality, which is one of the formations of the Ministry of Housing, Municipalities and Public Works. The reality of the motivation activity has been diagnosed according to quality standards through dimensions (tangible or physical appearance, Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy). The researcher conducted interviews with the staff of the Human Resources Division and the officials of the people and divisions in the researched directorate, in addition to the field coexistence, and approved the checklist that was designed by the researcher to suit the requirements and parameters of the scale (SERVPERF) To measure the quality and it was judged by a group of experienced and specialized masters for the purpose of collecting data related to the study. These data were analyzed using the mean and the matching percentages and extracting the gap percentage for the main study requirement represented by evaluating the motivation activity according to the standards of municipal service quality. The idea of the current study came as a result of the importance of the stimulus activity and its role in pushing individuals to accomplish in a way that serves the organization and the services that it has undertaken to provide to citizens. The researcher concluded that there is a lack of awareness or awareness by the Ramadi Municipality Directorate administration of the importance of evaluating the activity of motivating human resources according to the standards of service quality. The researcher recommended the necessity of emphasizing the evaluation of the activity under discussion according to the quality standards because of its role in pushing individuals to achieve better.
