Abstract

The educational managements recognize the need for flexibility in the work environment that contributes to all aspects of organizational phenomenon, especially with regard to how to manage human talents. Thus, the problem of the current research was stated through the following main question: What is the degree of contribution of organizational flexibility to the management of human talents in the investigated organization? The current research sought to expound the level of contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable by diagnosing the level of relationship and the impact between them, and to achieve this, the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate was chosen as a field for the current research. Data were collected by adopting the questionnaire as the main tool of the research that was distributed among an intentional sample of (47) managers in investigated organization and by adopting a number of statistical tools in the (SPSS V26) software package. The results confirm the existence of a degree of contribution of organizational flexibility to the management of human talents in the investigated organization at the total level in spite of the absence of an impact of locational flexibility individually in overall human talents management. Accordingly, a number of recommendations were recommended to the management in the investigated organization including its need to pay attention to flexibility and enhance the level of its availability, in a way that contributes to human talents management by adopting an approach and method that can strengthen the level of the relationship and the impact between the two variables as it will reflect positively on the individual, the organization and society.
