صوت العاملين وأثره في تنافسية منظمات الاعمال بحث تطبيقي في عينة من المصارف العراقية الخاصة

الملخص
يسعى البحث الى تشخيص مدى الاهتمام بالمورد البشري في مجال البيئة المصرفية، من حيث ممارسة دوره كشريك استراتيجي في صناعة القرارات التي تخدم المنظمة، من خلال سماع صوته لتنعكس نتائجه اتجاه تحقيق الهدف الجوهري المتمثل بضمان تنافسية منظمات الاعمال.
ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطوير استبانة استنادا الى الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع الدراسة، والتي تضمنت (60) فقرة، واستعين بالمقابلات الشخصية والمشاهدات الميدانية كأدوات مساعدة في جمعها. حيث تم توزيع (140) استبانة، استردت منها (135) صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، وتمثلت عينة البحث بالمختصين والموظفين في اثنا عشر مصرفاً تجارياً خاصا، وتحليلها باستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS.V.28)، وباستخدام الوسائل والادوات الإحصائية.
وقد توصلت الباحثة الى عدد من الاستنتاجات اهمها ان ادارات المصارف الخاصة كلما ابدت اهتمامها بصوت العاملين ضمن استراتيجياتها الكلية، من حيث اهتمامها واستجابتها للمقترحات والافكار البناءة كلما انعكس ذلك التأثير المباشر نحو تحقيق اهدافها بشكل أكبر، وتفوقها على المصارف الاخرى المنافسة لها في السوق.
وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة توصيات منها ضرورة الاهتمام بصوت العاملين على انه استراتيجية اعمال وليست مبادرات لحل قضايا مؤقتة وهذا يتطلب دمجه في رؤية ورسالة واستراتيجية المصرف الكلية، واعتبارها جزءاً اساسيا من ثقافة البيئة المصرفية.
