الملخص

هدف البحث الى معرفة اثر استراتيجية الشراكات المعرفية في عملية خلق المعرفة بمستوياتها الوجودية الثلاث )الفردي، الجماعي والمنظمي(، ولأجل فحص ذلك تم اختيار جامعة الموصل كميدان واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث، تمثل مجتمع البحث برؤساء الاقسام العلمية في جامعة الموصل والذي يبلغ 115 فردا سحب منهم عينة 85 فردا بالاعتماد على وبالاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من العينة والتي تم )*()Green, معادلة ) 1990 توزيعا من بطريقة مباشرة للعينة المبحوثة واسترجع منها 72 استبانة صالحة للتحليل تم تحليلها لمعرفة علاقة الأثر والارتباط بين متغيرات البحث الرئيسة والفرعية، SPSS باستخدام برنامج 23 تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود تأثير لاستراتيجية الشراكات المعرفية في عملية خلق المعرفة بمستوياتها الوجودية )الفردي، الجماعي والمنظمي( كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة في ذلك.
