The impact of business model elements in enhancing the administrative decision-making process: An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Mosul Municipality Directorate

Abstract
The current research aims to know the impact of the elements of the business model in enhancing the administrative decision-making process in the Mosul Municipality Directorate, in addition to clarifying the appropriate entrances, forms and stages to enhance the decision-making processes in the researched directorate, and to achieve its goal, the research adopted the (descriptive-analytical) approach in its presentation. of intellectual frameworks, and its data processing, analysis, and then interpretation, after the study community was identified in a number of formations affiliated to the Directorate of Municipality of Mosul, and a random sample was selected, the size of which was (338) individuals, as a representative sample of the research community of (2320) individuals, and the researcher adopted To collect the data of the applied side, the (questionnaire) form as the main tool for the research, in addition to a set of statistical tools and methods, to analyze the response of the respondents, which included (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, response rate, coefficients of variation and correlation, and the analysis of the two relationships of influence and correlation), through the use of With the statistical packages represented by (SPSS V.26), the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of a significant impact of the business model on the process of enhancing decision-making in the Directorate of Al Wasl Municipality. It can be used in various sectors, as well as training on it to reach an approved work mechanism that reduces errors resulting from random and ill-conceived decisions, and to examine the impact of improving decision-making on achieving job satisfaction for all workers, in addition to holding intensive workshops for administrative leaders in the municipality of Mosul on research variables due to their importance and its role in improving the services provided to its beneficiaries.
