Abstract
The study aimed to describe and diagnose the criteria for the success of project management in the intravenous solutions factory in Nineveh Governorate, as one of the main pillars in the sustainability of the organization and ensuring its continuity, which has become one of the contemporary vital issues. In the organization in question, while the research community represented all employees of the organization in question, at various administrative levels, numbering (99) individuals. The research came out with a number of results, the most important of which
are: The research organization is characterized by high levels of sound procedures for the success of project management, which was proven by the high agreement rate of the respondents, and this indicates the existence of clear plans and policies for managing the organization of high quality that are implemented periodically, and the research concluded with a set of proposals for the organization, the most important of which is the research sample The necessity of allocating part of the project budget for the purpose of preparing the engineering cadres responsible for managing the project in a way that ensures the completion of the project within the agreed limits (time and cost) and within the specified specifications (quality).
