The role of e-government requirements in the quality of strategic decisions/An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of doctors in a number of private hospitals in Erbil governorate

Abstract
The research aims to identify the role of e-government represented (capabilities, human resources, infrastructure) in the quality of comfortable decisions in its dimensions (clarity of strategic vision, quality and reliability of information, strategic thinking). 120) doctors in seven private hospitals in the city of Erbil, and in order to measure the reality of e-government in a number of private hospitals in the city of Erbil and its impact on the quality of strategic decisions, through the use of statistical methods for social sciences (SPSS) in order to test the research hypotheses, the research found To a set of results, including the availability of the level of e-government requirements, with a strong relationship and impact of e-government on the quality of strategic decisions.
