Organizational values and their impact on strategic behavior an exploratory study in the Iraqi General Company for Textile and Leather Industries

Abstract
The research aims to show the extent of the impact of organizational values on strategic behavior, as well as answering the questions that were raised in the research problem. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the research was applied in the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries, and the research community was represented by (1100) individuals. And (285) questionnaires were distributed and (277) questionnaires were retrieved, and the sample size was determined from this community according to the global model (De Morgan, D. Morgan), where the data was collected based on personal interviews and the questionnaire, and the SPSS program was used as one of the programs The statistic ready to obtain the results, and the research concluded that there is a significant influencing relationship between organizational values and strategic behavior in the company in question.
