Abstract
The current research aims to know the effectiveness of organizational behavior and its impact on addressing the intellectual bases of decision makers and the extent of success of applying these two dimensions in the government sector of the city of Baquba represented by the General Company for Electronic Industries in Baquba, where the research problem came in the main question, which is whether the effectiveness of organizational behavior has a statistically significant correlation and impact Moral in addressing the intellectual bases of the decision makers in the researched company, the research community represented by the General Company for Electronic Industries was chosen as the most appropriate field for the success of the research due to the prominent economic and social role that the General Company for Electronic Industries contributes to building the market economy in particular and supporting the national economy in general. The research sample was represented by a group of administrative leaders in the senior and middle management of the researched company, who were selected by adopting a stratified random sample, which is one of the statistical methods used in the research sample, which is 51 individuals from the total research community.
The questionnaire was chosen as the main tool on which the data and information of this research was relied upon, as the questionnaire was prepared, which included three paragraphs distributed over its main parts, and a review of some Arab and foreign standards related to the subject of the research. The "meditative" intellectual rules of decision makers in companies in particular and in society in general is not done through a highly effective organizational approach that carries in the implications of the mechanisms of renewal and development, as well as feedback that would address the imbalance in any society. The General Company for Electronic Industries pays attention to the effectiveness of organizational behavior in parallel with the reflective intellectual rules of decision makers for the following reasons: the ability to learn, as well as the ability to adapt to process towards the right path and to acquire a large amount of external information
