الملخص

          تناقش هذه الورقة العلاقة بين تقلب أسعار النفط والمتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية، بالأخص التضخم وأسعار الفائدة، في دول أوبك بلس بين عامي 1991 و2022. وتتجلى أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها ستوضح مدى ضعف هذه الدول اقتصاديًا في مواجهة التغيرات في أسعار النفط، حيث تعتمد اقتصاداتها بشكل كبير على الإيرادات المتولدة من النفط، مما يجعلها عرضة للاضطرابات الاقتصادية الناجمة عن التغيرات في أسعار النفط. تؤثر مثل هذه التغيرات في أسعار النفط على الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي بطريقتين: التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة؛ وسوف يركز البحث على كيفية تأثير التغيرات الصعودية والهبوطية في أسعار النفط على معدلات التضخم وأسعار الفائدة.
