الملخص

          هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص أثر أخبار الأرباح المحاسبية (الجيدة والسيئة) على العوائد غير العادية للمصارف، مع التركيز على الدور التفاعلي لمشاعر المستثمرين (التفاؤل والتشاؤم) في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية. شملت عينة الدراسة 10 مصارف مدرجة للفترة من 2011 إلى 2023، بواقع 520 مشاهدة ربع سنوية. تم قياس العوائد غير العادية المتراكمة (CAR) لفترة نافذة حدث مدتها ثلاثة أيام، بينما استُخدم "العائد الليلي" كمتغير وكيل لقياس مشاعر المستثمرين. أظهرت النتائج أن رد فعل المستثمرين تجاه أخبار الأرباح غير متماثل؛ حيث يتفاعل السوق بقوة أكبر مع الأخبار الجيدة مقارنة بالسيئة. كما كشفت نتائج النموذج التفاعلي أن مشاعر المستثمرين تضخم رد الفعل عند الانسجام وتكتمه عند التناقض؛ ففي فترات التفاؤل يزداد زخم الصعود مع الأخبار الجيدة بينما يُخمد أثر الأخبار السيئة. وفي فترات التشاؤم، يتضاعف أثر الأخبار السيئة بينما يظل رد الفعل تجاه الأخبار الجيدة مكتوماً. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن سيكولوجية المتعاملين هي المحرك الأساسي للعوائد في السوق العراقي، متفوقة في تأثيرها على الخصائص الهيكلية للمصارف كالحجم والرافعة المالية.
