العوامل المُحددة للأداء المالي لشركات الاستثمار وأثرها في القيمة السوقيّة والقيمة السوقية المُضافة للمدة من 2009-2020

الملخص
سعت الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل أثر بعض العوامل المُحددة لأداء عدد من شركات الاستثمار المالي المُدرجة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية. وقد تم تصنيف تلك المُحددات إلى خارجية والتي شملت (الناتج المحلّي الإجمالي، سعر الصرف، التضخّم، سعر الفائدة، الاستثمار الأجنبي، فضلاً عن سعر النفط)، وأخرى داخلية وشملت (ملموسيّة الموجودات، حجم المؤسسة، رأس المال العامل، صافي رأس المال العامل، الهيكل المالي، فضلاً عن هيكل رأس المال). وقد تم استخدام نسبتين ماليتين بوصفهما مُتغيرات تابعة والتي تمثّلت بـ (القيمة السوقيّة والقيمة السوقيّة المُضافة)، واستندت الدراسة إلى جملة من الفرضيات تمثّلَ أهمها "يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية لعدد من المُحددات المؤثرة في أداء شركات الاستثمار المالي المدرجة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية". وتم الاعتماد على مؤسسات القطَّاع المالي العراقي إِجمالًا بوصفه مجتمعًا للدراسة، في حين تمثّلت عينة الدراسة بعدد من شركات الاستثمار المالي المُدرجة في سوق العراق للأَوراق المالية والبالغ عددها ست شركات للاستثمار المالي، وللمُدَّة الممتدة من عام 2009 ولغاية عام 2020. ولغرض تقدير الأُنموذجات القياسية واختبار الفرضيات واستخراج نتائج الدراسة، تم بناء وتحليل عدد من الأُنموذجات القياسية بالاعتماد على البيانات المزدوجة (Panel Data)، واستناداً على برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (Eviews10). وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى استنتاجات عدة كان أهمها وجود أثر لثلاث مُتغيرات مُفسّرة من أصل اثنا عشر مُتغيّراً داخلياً وخارجياً على كل من مؤشر القيمة السوقيّة والقيمة السوقيّة المُضافة.
