Contribution of Green Innovation in Supporting Manufacturing Execution System / Analytical Study in Kroonji Soft Drinks, Healthy Water, Juices, Dairy and Energy Drinks Company Limited
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research aims to direct attention towards green innovation at Kroonji Soft Drinks, Healthy Water, Juices, Dairy and Energy Drinks Company Limited. with the aim of supporting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which is one of the smart systems that aims to organize various production tasks, monitor implementation and control all production processes. The digital transformation of manufacturing systems has led to the emergence of the MES as a software platform that improves operational efficiency and bridges the gap between production systems and company systems. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted to process the data collected from a sample of (100) respondents. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: A significant positive correlation was achieved between the green innovation dimension and the manufacturing execution system dimension. This explains that the company was able to employ green innovation in terms of its dimensions by supporting the manufacturing execution system. A set of proposals were presented, the most prominent of which are: Directing the attention of senior management in the researched company to the importance of green administrative innovation in improving the company's environmental performance by developing policies, programs and implementing new environmental administrative procedures that support the concepts of sustainability in the company.
