Abstract

Due to the positives achieved by the integration of workers in their jobs. The leaders of the organizations are interested in this subject and are working continuously to create an encouraging work environment for this to integrate into it. Therefore, the current research aimed to explain the role of wise leaders in the University of Mosul. Represented by its characteristics in promoting functional integration among the individuals working for it. To achieve this goal, a hypothetical scheme and a number of main and sub-hypotheses consistent with the research objective were formulated. The research adopted in its preparation the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire form as a main tool for collecting data from the field researched, 210 questionnaire forms were distributed to a number of leaders in the University of Mosul and analyzed data by adopting a set of statistical methods within the program (SPSS). In order to determine the relationship between the main research variables and its sub-dimensions. The results of the research also showed weakness in the interaction of individuals working with each other to increase their knowledge and skills.
